Twisting Hanging Leg Raises

The Benefits - Twisting hanging leg raises build your obliques and help you to develop a nice detailed side of the torso. People say it’s more difficult to perform than a regular twisting crunches, but I experienced a hanging version to be a lot easier.
The Execution - Hang down at arm’s length fro a chin-up bar. Start by bending your knees and lefting them as high as possible to your side while twisting the torso. As you lower your knees back down, straighten your legs.
Tips - Do not start another rep until you get yourself controlled.
