T-Bar Rows

The Benefits - T-bar row is a traditional mass building exercise for back, that will develop the thickness to the lats. A wide stance with weight hanging between your legs gives you the stability which allows you to your more weights.

Execution – Support the bar to the corner of the wall and take a wide stance above the bar, knees slightly bent. Bent forward at about 45 angle from your hips. String the handle under the end of the bar. Keep your lower back straight. Straighten your legs slightly and lift the weight until it touches your chest. Lower the weight all the way down until your lats are fully stretched.

Tips - If you have a problem with your lower back, I suggest you to use an specialized t-row machine, where you can lean against the padded brace. This gives you a more concentration to your upper back than a regular t-bar. Keep your back little arched and never round your lower back.
