Plate Twist

The Benefits - This exercise will strengthen your entire core section, mainly your obliques. Plate twists enables you to contract your midesction hard.

Execution - Sit on a bench and take support your feets uder the bars. Take a hold of a weight plate and keep it in front of your abs. Plate twists develop your entire core, mainly your obliques. Lean slightly back from your upper body. Start rotating your upper body to each side.

Tips - I like to perform plate twists at the end of the ab workout, without counting reps.
