Lying Side Laterals

The Benefits - Lying side laterals will target the rear and side heads of your deltoids more than any other shoulder exercise. Lying side lateral is rarely seen movement, but still very effective,  I experience amazing pump in my rear delts everytime I perform this exercise! You should try it too!

Execution - Start lifting the dumbbell from a dead stop from the front of your thighs. Raise it all the way up over your head by keeping your elbows slightly bent. Pause at the top and slowly and controlled bring it back down.

Tips - To achieve a better pump in your side delts, turn your wrists inward as you raise the weight up. Lying side lateral with dumbbells is very strict movement that should be done only with a moderate weight.
