Lying Dumbbell Extensions

The Benefits - Lying dumbbell extensions works all three heads of the triceps triceps. This allows you to work each hand separately which makes each hand work more effectively.
Execution - Lie on a bench with two dumbbells. Start by bending your elbows and lower the dumbbells in each side of your head, until your triceps are fully strechted with palms facing each other. Press dumbbell back up following the same path and lock your arms before your arms are pointend straight up.
Tips - Use moderate weights to maintain the good control in your triceps. Keep your elbows stationary throughout the movement.
