Jm Press
The Benefits - This is a combination of tricep extensions and close-grip bench press. Jm press is very effective exercise to increase the tricep strength in bench press. My friend introduced me this exercise first time when I was struggling to increase pounds to my bench. I achieved dramatical results in my bench press by adding Jm press into my workouts.
Execution - Lie on a flat bench. Start this exercise in the same way you would in the close-grip bench press, except start by bending from your elbows and bring the bar towards your chin. Now bring your elbows slightly forward and press the weight up explosively.
Tips - You can pefrom jm presses also by pausing the movement at the bottom. Just make sure you have two safety racks installed in both sides. Lower the weight on the racks, then slide the bar little forward and when it’s about in front of your chin, lift the weight up.
