Incline Dumbbell Curls

The Benefits - Incline dumbbell curls develop the bicep length and will cause an amazing pump in your biceps and stretch at the bottom. If you have an empty space between elbow and bicep, this can be fixed by performing an incline dumbbell curls.

Execution - Take two dumbbells and sit back on an incline bench. Keep your elbows slightly forward throughout the movement. Start by curling each dumbbell up to your shoulder level simultaneously. Squeeze your biceps hard and then lower the weights fully under control and pause at the bottom. Feel the stretch at the bottom.

Tips - People claim that they get better pump in their biceps when they rotate wrists inwards as they curl the weight up, but I have experienced the better pump when I keep my palms facing forward throughout the movement. Keep your body fixed on the bench. It is easy to assist the movement by lifting your body off the bench.  I usually do incline dumbbell curls at the end of the workout.
