Dumbbell Lunges

The Benefits - Dumbbell lunges develop the front thighs and glutes. Actually I don’t do this exercises very muscle building in my mind, however dumbbell lunges is a good isolation exercise that gives you a nice strech in your front thighs.
Execution – Hold a barbell on your back and stand upright with your legs together. Take a step forward, bend your knees. Feel the strech in your front thigh.Push yourself back up to the starting position explosively, then take another reps with your other leg.
Tips - You can either do all reps working one leg at a time or you can alternate legs during each set. I use to complete my leg workout by taking two dumbbells and doing walking lunges back and forth across the gym.
