The Benefits - Decline bench press is a specialized exercise to develop your lower and middle pecs! If your lower pecs are lagging from upper pecs, you can specifically target more by doing bench press on a decline bench
Execution - Lie on a decline bench legs supported under the pads or if there’s no decline machine available, cross your legs at the end of the bench to stabilize yourself. Take a barbell from the rack and hold it above your eyes. Lower the bar slowly toward your upper chest and lift the bar straight overhead.
Tips - If you like, you can use dumbbell instead of barbell which gives you more ability to control each hand separately!
