Cable Crossovers

The Benefits - Cable crossovers develop the inner pec muscles. This exercise fully isolates inner and lower area of the chest and enables a full strech.
Execution - Take hold of two handles atteched from high pulleys. Step about one feet forward to achieve the better strech in your pecs. Keep your elbows almost straight. Bend forward slightly from the waist. Push your hands around and forward so that your fist almost touch to each other, and contract your pecs hard at the bottom. Then slowly return to the starting position.
Tips - Instead of bringing your hands down forward, you can use low pulleys to push your hands straight forward to target your upper pecs. Cross one hand over the other to contract your pec muscles even better.
