Exercises tips to build a huge chest
Building a massive chest is one of the most important qualities in bodybuilding physique. By simply including heavy basic movements like flat bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press and dumbbell flys. I recommend doing 2/3 of basic heavy compound exercises in your chest workout and 1/3 of isolation exercises.
Barbell exercises normally allow you to use more weight, so you develop maximum mass and strength in your chest workout. Dumbbell exercises allows you to get longer range of motion, so you get more extension and contraction.
How to build a perfect chest
I believe that compound exercises are still the foundation of any bodybuilding program and should be the main priority also in any chest exercise! However, by adding a few isolation exercises like cable crossovers and dumbbell flys to your chest workout, you will complete your chest workout by isolationg your muscle and specialize on a weak areas of muscle.
I like to give 100% to my every chest workout, whether it’s an compound exercise or an isolation exercise. It’s a complete misunderstanding that isolation exercises like cable crossovers or peck decks should be trained using light weights only.
