Barbell Concentration Curls

The Benefits – Concentration barbell curl is in my opinion one of the best isolation exercises for the the bicep peak. You can totally exhaust your biceps by performing concentration curls by leaning against back extension machine or an incline bench. Just watch the video and try it once. You can feel the amazing effectiveness instantly! >)

Execution - Lean agaist the incline bench so that your chest will be supported on the top of the bench. Grap the barbell from the floor and let it hang at arm’s length straight down. Curl the weight up toward your chin while keeping your elbows steady. Hold the bar at the top for a moment and contract your biceps hard. Then lower it back down while resisting the movement.

Tips - Curls the weight up by minimizing the moving your elbows up. This is a very strict movement and it needs a lot of pratcice to learn to get the feeling. You can start with an empty bar.

It would seem to us that your commentary are actually not completely justified and in actuality you are generally your self not really completely convinced of the assertion. In any event I did take pleasure in examining it.
