…The above pictures show will show you the proof

How it all started

Before I started lifting weights, I was playing hockey and football about 6 years. When I was first time introduced to weightlifting when I was 18. My goal was to build explosive strength to my legs that contributed my other hobbies, like hockey.

But soon after I started lifting weights, I was so hooked into the gym that it turned into a passion and soon into a LIFESTYLE!

Soon after my friends also paid attention to my strength and muscle development. I gained over 20 pounds of muscle within the first year of lifting weights. Then I wasn’t even knew anything about how much I should eat..

Bodybuilding is more than a hobby…

Training has becomed a part of my life, I started to pay more attention in my nutrition and start planning my workouts with a reachable goals in mind.

When I joined into army, the amount of nutrition they served was poor and limited so I bought my first supplement, which was a Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. This helped me to maintain a positive calorie balance.

I also bought my first bodybuilding book, The New Encyclopedia Of Modern Bodybuilding, which still is on of my favourite bodybuilding books of all time!

After two years of lifting weights the progress was slowing down and soon my body refused to grow.. For the first time ever I faced the plateau. Nothing seemed to work anymore and I was almost ready to quit…

Then it all hit me…

Until, in the end of 2003 I met a guy who’s a natural bodybuilder and personal trainer. He showed me the truth of muscle building!

Within two years of using his techniques my weight gained from a 150lb to a whopping 195lb, and my body fat percentage was decreased! Also my strength level increased explosively!!

A lack of visible six pack is usually caused by a poor diet strategy and poor weight lifting technique. An extra layer of fat tend to accumulate under the waist. What’s the structure of your workout? In order to get visible six pack, you have to burn off more calories than you eat.

    Best regards, Petri
